Normally, this is not the kind of property would ever list however, at this price, we thought we'd give it a go. This is a property for someone who wants large amount of natural light, large windows, large rooms and high ceilings.
It was designed and built by a wealthy family with all the luxury finishings of the time. The entire property is anti-seismic as it was built with reinforced concrete. Inside the finishings are stunning, nearly all the floors are mahogany, there is even an "in-built" fish tank within the wall between the sitting room and dining room.
