Lower Portion of a Village House with Land and Barn
This house is the last house of the village of Fondagno. It has full car access and even a private drive.
The house is on the raised ground floor of a village house with a large, panoramic terrace on the first floor.
The house was restored in the 1980's and has full central heating with a oil fired boiler.
There is a garage underneath the house but, the rest of the inside is on one floor.
One enters into the dining room, with the kitchen off this. The bedroom zone has two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bath.
The village sits on the western side of the Pedogna river and dates back to 897. The church being built in the twelfth century.
There is a large, flat, fenced garden with a chestnut drying shed to restore in it.
