Casa Duetto - Detached home just outside Bagni di Lucca with a path going down to Fornoli for a Sunday morning cappuccino.

The access is mainly on tarmac roads until the last part which is mainly concrete with a small, flat section in gravel.
The house has a fenced garden and parking for 3 cars. The entrance is central with two wings to the house. As this is a holiday rental, the sitting room is mainly used as a fourth bedroom. When the house was built, the owner installed a fireplace with hot air vents. Each side of the house has a covered terrace for enjoying the shade in the Summer or al-fresco dining.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One with a tub and one with a walk-in shower.
The systems are all certified, the property has a three-chamber septic tank.
This house is quite "vanilla" as it was decorated for peaceful vacations however, there is still plenty of opportunity to add your character to the house.
