Terrace house with great views and small garden
This lovely little house has been completely restored in 2007 from the current owner. It has new heating system running with fireplace and new electric, all the windows are in chestnut wood and double glazed and the shutters are in pvc.
Once you enter you have a small corridor from which you have the stairs from the top floor, the living room and the kitchenette; On top floor there is a double bedroom with fantastic views and a bathroom with shower; on the attic they have create a small area for guest.
On the side of the house there is a small storage room and a paved garden well exposed to the sun
