The house is completely supplied by private water which is of a very good quality and pressure. This is cleaned twice a year.
Underneath the house, the cantinas have been converted into guest accommodation with connecting doors to allow the apartments to be either studios, 1 or 2 bedroomed.
One of the two barns is restored into a guest house comprising one bedroom, one bathroom and a living area.
